Privacy Policy

Overview

Patco is a local-first productivity and lifestyle app for daily planning, task organization, goals, habits, focus sessions, reminders, and weekly review. Patco does not require an account and does not operate a cloud service for your personal planning data.

Data Stored on Your Device

Patco may store the following information locally on your device so the app can function:

• Goals, tasks, descriptions, priorities, tags, planned time blocks, and completion status.
• Daily plans, plan templates, energy check-ins, energy prompt preferences, habit definitions, habit completions, streaks, and weekly progress.
• Focus sessions, focus modes, completed minutes, session notes, and focus history.
• Environment cache, reminder preferences, onboarding status, app settings, and local export data.

Data Collection

Patco does not collect, upload, sell, rent, or share your goals, tasks, habits, plans, focus sessions, notes, or weekly review data with us or third parties.

Public Data Requests

Patco may request public weather, air quality, daylight, and holiday information from Open-Meteo and Nager.Holidays to improve planning context. These requests do not include your tasks, goals, habits, focus sessions, notes, or identifiers created by Patco. If a public data request fails, Patco keeps core features working with cached or unavailable environment signals.

Tracking and Analytics

Patco does not use advertising identifiers, tracking SDKs, third-party analytics SDKs, data brokers, attribution SDKs, or cross-app tracking.

Exports and Sharing

If you choose to export local data or a single plan template, your device may present Apple system sharing options. You decide where to send exported content. Once you share content with another app or person, their privacy practices may apply.

Notifications

Patco may ask permission to schedule local daily reminders. These reminders are scheduled by iOS on your device and are not sent from a Patco server.

Deleting Your Data

You can delete your local Patco data from Settings inside the app. You can also remove app data by deleting Patco from your device.

Children

Patco is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information through Patco in a way that requires attention, contact us.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date on this page.
