By downloading or using Patco, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
About Patco
Patco is a local-first productivity and lifestyle app for daily planning, task organization, goals, habits, plan templates, energy check-ins, focus sessions, optional reminders, and weekly review.
Your Content
You are responsible for the goals, tasks, notes, habits, plans, and other content you create in Patco. Your content is stored locally on your device unless you choose to export or share it.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Patco, attempt to interfere with the app, reverse engineer it where prohibited by law, or use it in a way that violates applicable laws or the rights of others.
Public Data and Availability
Patco may use public weather, air quality, daylight, and holiday data to provide planning context. Public data can be delayed, unavailable, or inaccurate. We work to keep Patco reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or compatibility with every device or operating system version.
No Professional or Emergency Use
Patco is not a medical, mental health, therapy, crisis, legal, financial, or emergency service. The app does not provide diagnosis, treatment, medical advice, legal advice, financial advice, or other professional advice. If you need urgent help, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional.
Exports
If you export local data or a plan template, you are responsible for choosing where that content goes and for keeping exported copies secure.
No Paid Features in This Version
Patco does not offer In-App Purchases, subscriptions, paid content, consumable credits, or paid unlocks in this version.
Changes
We may update Patco or these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
